I am looking at a Princess Cut - 2.27 ct - depth 75.2 - table 88 - girdle very thin to thick - culet none - polish very good - symmetry good - medium blue flourescent. Clairty VS1. Color J. The retailer is Barmakian (Boston MA). They are asking $11,000. Good deal?? Also, is Table %age and Depth %age too High? And how about the flourescent? What do want with the flourescent - none? or is medium good? Thanks in advance to anyone who can help.

Yeah - I looked at it - you could land a plane on it! Definitley has a "WOW" factor - looks BIG. But it seems very large to what else I have seen in my searches online.
