Does every RB diamond have a girdle reflection?

I bought a GIA Excellent cut diamond that scores a 1.4 on HCA. Its incredible. An absolute sparkler.

But from the side view, the girdle reflection is extremely noticable, especially since we chose an open setting (as pictured below).

My questions is whether every well cut, round brilliant diamond has a girdle reflection causing the line across it?

Um, you might get used to it? I noticed that at first when I got my e-ring and now I just look at the sparklies at the top ;-)

Many, many people have had heart attacks over seeing that reflection (thinking it is a crack in the stone!), but thankfully those who come to PS understand what it is!

So happy. First I was searching for "Feather inclusion in pavilion durability" since I didn't realize feathers could cause durability issues. Was worried that this "huge crack" through the pavilion of my I1 would be dangerous. Thanks to the help of this and other sites, I think I have identified the actual feathering (so very new to diamonds.. I couldn't even identify the feather when I selected the diamond online). Seen through the crown, and then a diagonal line seen through the table. Shown here in a tension clasp provided by the vendor. Side note: Panasonic has much better color and clarity than my old Canon, but I miss its super macro mode. Takes forever to focus the Panasonic.
