Diamond Noob Seeking Feedback on Oval Diamond

I'm completely new to diamonds, but after doing a lot of reading over the last couple of weeks I think I'm getting close to making a purchase.

I was wondering what people thought of this oval?

I'm looking in this price range, and the diamond will be put into an oval halo setting.

Numbers look good, I would call and ask about Bow-tie.

I have to say, I don't love that oval. It certainly doesn't have the biggest bowtie, but I find the facets to be a bit mushy too. Just based on how the light plays, I like this one better (although it is a little bit more $) - anyone else have any other thoughts?:
