Yes, it will look a bit flat. It also has a large table which will allow the stone to look bright and the expense of fire or dispersion. Those things are a matter of preference. Here are some parameters that can help you narrow down your choices.

If you can't get other images from the vendor (IS or ASET) to help you assess it's performance, consider taking it to an appraiser who does while you're in your return period.

Table: 55-57%
Depth: 60-61.5%
Crown angle: 34-35 degrees
Pavilion angle: 40.6 - 40.9 degrees

Thanks for your reply.

I just found 2 more that seems to be very good. It is overseas so I can't see it unless I purchase and get it shipped to the US. There is a 10% fee if I want to return it. Please help tell me if its good?

They look like nice choices. My pick would be the first one. I like a smaller table and higher crown as I prefer a bit more fire in my stone.

Just going by numbers won't tell you about its performance however. But the numbers on both look promising.

Also, you could drop down to VS1 and VS2 if you wanted to get a larger diamond for your budget. You would not be able to see inclusions with your naked eye.

Good luck!

This diamond has an AGS potential light performance grade of 2 according to Diamcalc software. This, of course, would depend on the amount of rounding in the numbers provided.

According to the DiamonCalc software diamond #1 could be an AGS 0 light Performance Grade, or possibly an AGS 1, depending on the rounding.

Diamond number #2 shows as an AGS 1 light Performance Grade.

Both should probably look good, but do you wish to risk the 10% to return them if you are not excited when you see it?

Thanks for your help! I went with diamond #1. It was the best performing one based off of numbers from HCA Tool, Hearts and Arrow DNA, 3 others on this forum and with your help DiamonCalc as well. It arrives on Friday and I will try to take some pictures to show. Thanks again for running the DiamonCalc!
