Can this specific ring be resized from a 4.5 to 6?

Hello, I am needing some information about sizing a ring from a 4.5 to a 6. I am wanting to purchase this ring for my girlfriend from guy locally here in Washington State, but I would appreciate any input on the possibility of up sizing it before I make the purchase.

I would not do it personally. With pave, there is danger of wrecking the integrity of the setting if you resize, because it changes the shape of the round. I was told no more than about 1/2-3/4 size resizing when you have prong set, and I would guess even less if it is pave.

I definitely would not size down a pave ring more than 1/2 size. You are opening up the space between the prongs and making the ring vulnerable to stone loss.
