All things being equal, what shapes give the most sparkle, fire, & brilliance?

In your opinion, with everything equal (4 C's) on a *typical* diamond, list the top shapes that give the most fire, brilliance, sparkle (whatever you'd like to call it).

1 - Round
2 - Princess
3 - ?
4 - ?

The first two are unquestioned right? Generally speaking, rounds are #1 and princesses are #2? If that's the case, what's #3 and 4?

Well it very much depends on the cut quality of the diamonds being compared, rounds are normally said to be the best performers, ovals are also very lively stones if well cut. For Princess the top cuts such as AGS0 cut grade are normally the best of these shapes.

It depends on if you are talking about what is common on the market or what can be done in specialty/designer cuts.
If the later then....
No RB and Princess are not unquestioned as one and 2.
Step cuts and cushions that are brighter than most(maybe all) of even the best princess cuts of today and even some rounds are on the market now.
A princess cut as bright and sparky as today's best rounds in some lighting and beating them in others being available in the future is very likely.

If you are talking common market available anywhere then round and princess are 1 and 2.

Yeah. That''s what I was talking about. Common market available anywhere. Thanks! But what about 3 and 4? Ovals? From pictures, cushions seem pretty shiny. But I haven''t really looked at them up close and personal.
