this week please share your favorite wedding photo that you think shows the artistic skill of the photographer. it can be of anything (that has to do with your wedding).

the rule of the game: you can only share ONE photo per weekly thread.

mine is of the bouquet in focus in the foreground and us smooching in the sunset in the background.

This photo actually placed in the fall competition for the ISPWP (International Society of Professional Wedding Photographers) - 11th in the First Dance Category! My photographer got 15th overall... I''m so proud of her! She''s the BEST.

Anyway, I love it.

Here''s mine- she took it from the front seat of the car that took us to Central Park. I was in the back seat.

iloveny - Your picture is beautiful! I think your photog had a great eye and did an amazing job.
wannaBMrsH - I love silhouettes! This is a great photo!

Here''s my artsy shot. It''s a close-up of one of the many candles filling our reception hall. I love the blurred dancers and lights - plus, I can see my step-father and MIL dancing. Cuuuuute!

This is of just me, but it was one of our favorites. I was standing in the road on the right (my left) was a biker bar full of guys cheering at me for standing in the road lol.

ETA: Dang, this got small when I got it within the 100k range...nuts.

After much hemming and hawing I have chosen this one. I didn't have a ton of artistic photos but I'm not that surprised since I knew we were hiring a photojournalistic style photographer. He did the same shot but with some editing that I actually have printed as an 11x14 waiting to be framed but I have decided that I like the color version better.

These rocks are in a state park in my hometown in RI. It was a dream come true to get wedding pictures taken there! The photographer was pretty excited as well.

this wedding picture is so intimate, and it is just sexy to me :) my husband''s aunt looked at it and started fanning her face and just said, "wow...that''s hot. i feel like i shouldn''t be looking." i just love it.
