Tiffany blue sapphires...natural or heat treated?

Saw a beautiful Tiffany blue square cut sapphire eternity band and wondering whether the sapphires would be heat treated? I read somewhere that most blue sapphires of good colour are heat treated. Not having easy access to a Tiffany shop to ask in person, I thought I would throw the question out there. Any information appreciated (Not sure if this should have been posted in the colored stone section). Thanks

WOW! Imdanny, I did so not expect that from a high end jewellery store. But I guess nowadays that most stones are treated to a greater or lesser extent and that it is generally industry accepted. Thanks for posting this...very informative!
