Not sure where to post this exactly, but I've come across this seller on Ebay, and I was curious as to whether or not this seller could possibly be legitimate. It seems very far fetched, but part of me is praying its legit, so i can get a cheap expensive stone for my fiancee.
Anyone here savvy/ knowledgeable on this sort of stuff?
