So how is a halo different from a cluster setting?

Especially a bezel halo.
Example, both these are called cluster on this website but they look a lot like what I keep seeing called halos. I hope someone can explain the difference to me. Ones really old.

In the first picture, it does look like what we would commonly call a halo on PS. The second looks like a halo too but the sidestones that look like flowers would technically be called clusters to me. I think it''s semantics....this is what I think of when I hear cluster ring...

Yeah it is really pretty, the baguettes are a nice touch.
