hiya ladies,

wasn''t sure if this should go in the Mommies/Preggo threads or be a topic on it''s own - but I was wondering how you managed to drop the weight post baby.

my little one is due at the end of January, and even though I haven''t gained an insane amount of weight, looking at the size of my stretched belly it just seems impossible to me that it will ever go back to it''s original size. I suppose it doesn''t help that I''ve been pretty inactive throughout the pregnancy so far, but am taking 1/2 hr walks everyday to somehow compensate Image

things i''ve heard:
- be realistic - it takes time!
- breastfeeding helps
- girdles help (read some good things about the belly bandit on the mommies thread).

So...the question is, what worked for you? any tips/tricks on how to shrink down the tummy afterwards?
