Well, I know it says the name of the designer in the background of your screenshot. Annette Tillander. She is a Finnish designer. http://www.annettetillander.fi/

I don't know anything about that specific ring. Save the image and do a reverse image search.

I think it was a custom piece so you'd have to contact her to make something like it.

You save the image you want to reverse search, go to google images, and drag and drop the image to the search bar. It will look like this:
