My favorite tanzie 4 from the left is my avatar.

You want more you say? LOL. I have about 200 colored stones, and 200 tanzanites....I just started collecting about 3 onths ago...you can kinda say I went off the deepend...ahem.

Here are a few more hand picked favs from the gems....

As for setting them....I am ultra wierd about anyone even touching them (Including my husband who by the way was putting them back after I took pictures and dumped 1/2 of them....). So I dont know if I will ever set them.

I have quite a few green/blue ones because I think they are the coolest. Anyone can get a blue one, but the ones that switch from blue to green are ultra neat.

I also have a pink one. Its small, but neat. It is in with the marquise.

Gemstone addiction WITHOUT setting them into jewelry is a very manageable addiction! It''s getting them into a piece of jewelry that just breaks your bank balance every time. Custom jewelry = "Kick Me" Sign on your back when you walk into most jewelers.

Gemstone addiction....what are you talking about? Are you saying I am addicted? I am not addicted!

I think I have done pretty good managing my....addiction. The most I have spent on a stone (other then my emerald cut diamond I am wearing) is 50$, and that was my avatar (4th from left) tanzanite. It is my cut off or I will buy them all and be broke! I dont know how you do it making jewelry out of them!!
