This is an incredible Richard Homer designed and cut amethyst from Uruguay.  The mounting was made by Bei van Tiet, a Vietnamese craftsman living in Boise, Idaho, completely by hand.  All of the vines and flowers were made using a rolling mill, hand pulled wire and hammer and torch.  The man works miracles with very little equipment, and will constantly break down new equipment to match the worn equipment he was used to using in Vietnam.

It has always been an honor and a priveledge to work with Bei and to enjoy the magic pieces that he creates.
