Me too! I for one am SO glad I went for a halo, I should have done it sooner! Your ring is amazing mns12, your solitaire looked very pretty but I just love the presence and added "oomph" of a halo!

It's funny, when we got engaged (10 yrs ago) I pretty much new zero about diamonds but told my husband that I would prefer a solitaire as I found halo's to appear bulky and that they took away from the center diamond. But recently I have been seeing so many pretty ones and then found PS and realized, if done right, halo's can be just as beautiful. So when my solitaire head broke off I said perfect timing

That's beautiful! It looks like the band tapers as it moves towards the halo, or is that the angle of the camera? Either way, I love that look.

Halo's are so pretty and it's amazing to see how the same diamond can have "multiple" personalities just by changing the setting !

I tried my best to make it so that the hands are roughly the same size for perspective.. but my ring size actually went down 1 whole size (from 8 to 7). For some reason, the solitaire side still looks slightly larger by comparing my finger sizes. So imagine it just a weeee bit tinier. The solitaire makes my finger look fatter and my diamond look smaller. Man, do I miss the finger coverage! Haha

Braga, in case she doesn't see this, her halo was defective and she had to return it. She decided to set the stone in the solitaire until she decides what she wants to do. (Hope you don't mind me answering, Madelise. )

I love all the transformations!! A halo can make a big difference on some stones!
