Whoops, I posted in the wrong forum.

I wanted to start a new thread because the other one was negative.

I picked up the Ritani rings today and wanted to post pictures, but most of them were hard to take. It has not been sunny enough here in NY for me to take detailed pictures, so these will have to do....

Specs on the center stone- A Cut Above from Whiteflash, 2.03 G VS1

Specs on the setting- Ritani 4 prong Endless Love Micropave with diamonds around the shank except for about 3 mm. of smooth shank for resizing purposes. There is also pave around the basket. .25-.30 TCW.

Specs on the bands- Endless Love matching micropave bands- each band is somewhere between .25 to .30 TCW. Each band also has small area for resizing purposes.

The bands are a tiny bit thicker than the e-ring setting and I would approximate them to be about 1.7-1.8 mm. wide, very thin and comfortable.

All three rings together, although I have to say, I think I like the look of only one band better..

icekid- no, I'm not a figure skater. I took lessons for awhile when I was young and I'm a huge fan of the sport. My husband actually put the skates in my avatar thinking I would like it.

Thanks for the wonderful compliments.
I have to admit, I am very happy that I have the set now, although I am surprised at how thin the e-ring is compared to the bands. There is a lightness and delicateness to the e-ring that the bands are missing.
I am happy that I decided on the two wedding bands. They sort of protect the e-ring.

I also love the subtle sparkle of the rings. They are not all out bling, but like Mara once wrote, they sort of play peek a boo with the lights!

Here is another hand pic.

Man o man is that set pretty! Your diamond looks HUGE in that setting! How thick is the shank on the e-ring? I really love your diamond too -- very nice crown. Did you post the specs on the diamond anywhere?

It''s beautiful! Congrats!

Just gorgeous! I am so glad you have them back and feel much better about them. They are stunning. I really like the three rings together myself! I love the symmetry of all of them together! Congrats on your very pretty rings!

I think the shank is about 1.7-1.8 mm. wide.

The specs on the diamond are:

2.031 A Cut Above Classic Line Hearts and Arrows( no tweaked minor facets)
AGS certified with laser insription
measurements- 8.16x8.23x4.99
table- 55%
depth- 60.9%
crown angle- 34.3
pavilion angle- 40.8
polish/ symmetry/ proportion- ID/ID/ID
Culet- pointed
Girdle- 1.0 to 1.4%
HCA score- 1.1

A close up of the diamond in very very low light conditions.
