Many thanks to Victor and his team who not only completed this project a week and a half ahead of schedule, but did so in the middle of relocating their shop!
Victor was a pleasure to work with. While his craftsmanship secured his spot on my shortlist, his communication style and responsiveness are what secured my business. I couldn't be happier with how the ring turned out.
So without further ado, here are the details-
The center stone is a 1.62ct E IF square emerald cut from blue nile. The sides are .56tcw G VS2 trapezoids and the setting is VC's hamd forged platinum trilogy setting, which features his groove set system. this technique allows for setting the stones with only two prongs vs four. I initially wanted double claw prongs but I'm so glad I went with singles I love how delicate and streamlined the setting is.
I also had a matching wband made. After debating whether to get a notched band or not, I'm so glad I passed on the notch. The regular band sits pretty flush as it is.
