yay! as of sat, sept 6th, we are engaged! we were in almost the same spot in the state capitol as we were on our second date (which happens to be the date where we both knew we could see ourselves together long-term), when he got down on one knee and proposed. we spend countless hours working with amy shallow of Shallow Jewelers to design the ring, and it turned out absolutely fantastic. it is breath-taking! it''s a 1.12 carat round center with 46 others on the ring. the center is a GIA D/SI1; sides are F/SI1. the wedding band has 21 diamonds and slides between the two shanks. enjoy the pics; hopefully they post ok.
