Hi, m-2-b! I never read SMTB, so I would have missed your ring under normal circumstances. I just happened to be here because a thread about Jambalaya's gold ice skate in Hangout brought me over. Curiosity made me open your thread, but gosh! You sure do have a purty 5 carat ring! (Because I am not going to split hairs over the carat weight.) In fact, I experienced a phenomenon I no longer do since I have been on Pricescope so long. It looked too big to me. Luckily, as a veteran of DSS (one who stupidly took a diamond of just over 2 carats off her finger once and had it put into a necklace because she couldn't bear to wear a stone that big as a ring...duh!), I know that that phase would pass if I owned the ring.

I cannot even afford to trade up to a 3 carat with the specs I want in a stone now! (And I do want a 3 carat!!!!)

But not only do I love your ideal cut, VS1 huge, ACA stone and its setting; I love your tennis bracelet; your Louis Vuitton; and your ring boxes. Everything you own is stunning and your jewelry looks exquisite on your hand. Do you have a magical life with no problems? I hope so! Wear the ring in health and happiness!

That would be the cure for DSS, I confess to often searching their inventory for a reasonable upgrade option, not really sure I could convince DH though, since I've only had this one for a little over a year.
