and my fave one of it's "personalities" to finish...for now...

This is definitely the colour it shows most of the time, but as you can tell from the photos it can do a deep velvety blue-violet, or also a lighter crisp blue.
Indoors under incandescent light is also more true purple-violet, but I haven't had a chance to capture that yet..

The pics are extremely true to life in what I see - thankfully sapphires seem to be a cooperative stone to photograph

You guys know me, I have a ton more pics in store, so just say so if you'd like to see any more..

The sapphire really does change that much - it's alot of fun to watch and of course to photograph.
