Which James Allen solitaires will be flush with band?

I want to buy a James Allen solitaire based on value and reviews but not loving their settings esp since I want the ER flush with band..but I think the photography on their website may be the problem b/c others' rings look beautiful. (Why don't they show side views/profiles of the rings like most other sites? ) Their bridal sets don't even appear flush except for the pave bands. The few pics of JA solitaires I've liked online seem to be discontinued.

I want a 4-prong cathedral solitaire ( with a 1.2-1.3 RB diamond) to fit flush against a shared prong diamond band (obviously will depend on size of band)...perhaps this band: https://www.jamesallen.com/wedding-...ench-cut-pave-diamond-wedding-ring-item-7091.


I think with their great return policy we might just order one and hopefully love the setting.I've looked at their site so much I've lost all judgement.

1. Can anyone show pics of their JA solitaire with a flush band and/or recommend a JA solitaire for me?
2. Can I order 2 and return both or hopefully just one?
3. Assuming I can't find a JA setting, how feasible is it to have a local jeweler sell me a setting and mount my JA diamond?

They do show the profiles. They are all videos. Most have both a CAD video and a bunch of thumbnails with real life settings. All of which rotate all the way around. They go around and around and you can see the entire profile.

Yes, I can recommend a settings that allow a flush fit band. I do not like to recommend JA's in house settings, like the one you posted, for pave because several reviews have cited issues with the pave falling out.

For the pave settings, I would chose one of the designer settings that JA carries, not their own. So that's what I've posted.

Thanks for the suggestions, Gypsy! Yes, I think pave might be too delicate for me. I have seen the videos, but I would love it if they showed the ring straight from the side in addition to lying down. e.g. I love how White Flash shows rings, e.g. http://www.whiteflash.com/engagement-rings/solitaire/ritani-1rz7241-solitaire-engagement-ring-3991.htm.. Jams Allen rep suggested I search on Instagram.


JA has better diamond views, WF has better ring views.

Sleek Diamond ER (with 1.35 carat RB -J VS2 EX EX) with 0.57ct Common Prong Diamond Wedding Band.


As you can see, they are flush!
I think they are much more beautiful in person than on the JA website.

Could you potentially post some more pics of your ring set? It is absolutely beautiful and I’m considering buying the same exact ones from James Allen but would prefer to see real-life pics.
