Please help-Oval diamond for engagement ring found, quality?

Hey everyone, I'm glad I stumbled upon these forums and am hoping a few good folks could help me out. I've been in the market for an oval for awhile. Needless to say this forum has been full of great advice and has helped me focus on what is most important in an oval. This oval is the first one in awhile that blew me away...from a reputable online jewler and I want to know thoughts price is a little more than I would like to spend but not more than I am willing to spend (15,500)

Carat: 1.51
Clarity: VVS
Color: E
Table: 58%
Depth: 60.9%
Girdle: med to thick
Polish: VG
Symm: VG
Fluor: None
L/W: 1.52 (I prefer this dimension as opposed to a more round oval)
