Hi guys, I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with Engagement Rings Direct (ERD). I had been in the market for a classic or x-factor cushion cut stone for about 6 weeks but was only finding cushion modified stones in my price range. While doing some internet research I saw someone recommend talking to Chris at ERD. I cannot say enough good things about working with him. Although ERD operates a website, I was able to talk to Chris on the phone when needed which was helpful. Also, when I did not see a stone in my price range that I wanted on the site, Chris listened to what I wanted and found it. Today, I received the ring and it was exactly what I wanted and the price was great. If you are in the market, do yourself a favor and call Chris. I highly recommend ERD!
