Call the congressional switchboard, tell them you are watching, and what you oppose. 
Call 202-225-3121 give them your zip code and they will direct you to your congressman (why almost always CongressMAN?!!) office and even if you talk for 10 seconds, you are counted. Call every day. Michael Moore is mentioned this in his speech at the women's march in Washington (if you didn't see the coverage on this, look it up, women need to rise up, it's time, ladies) and I think he is 100% right.

The Republicans are using Trump for their dirty work: not just repeal Obamacare, but they are messing with Medicare, Medicaid. AND Social Security. I'm sorry, each freaking congressman drives around in a Quarter million dollar car with a driver, but Jonny can't get the $50,000 operation he needs to see/walk/talk whatever? Seriously? $43 MILLION DOLLARS for a single helicopter, but we "can't afford" to give seniors BACK the money they paid in for their entire working lives? Millions and millions for every obscure piece of military equipment, but we "can't afford" health for our citizens? What a pack of lies.
Oh, yeah, citizens don't pay enough, they don't contribute enough. And if you think Trump didn't take contributions, you've been fooled. Look it up, he took millions.
Here's the corporate shopping list for Congress:
Insurance companies: repeal Obamacare, they're not making enough money on it. Don't let them fool you, they make millions. And they MUST cover everyone fairly and pay for necessary care for ALL. No wiggle room. They hate that the most.
Banks: repeal Dodd-Frank, they want to play roulette and invest/lose our hard earned dollars, like they did in the past.
Oil Companies: They want the price of oil to go up, and they want to drill wherever they damn well please.
Big Corporations: Want to repeal all those pesky clean water, clean air, clean land laws, so they can make more money.
The super rich: Want even more money and power, and to pay no taxes at all. Ever.
Wall Street: Repeal Dodd-Frank, all those commissions from investing all those depositors money is just waiting to be made.
So, yeah, tell Congress you know and you are watching. I promise you, they will hear you, especially now, since they are tentative with how to handle the new Trumpocracy.
