Inclusion in blue spinel

I know the pictures aren't great, and the blue color looks weird and I don't know why the yellowish colored showed up on the photo, but can anyone tell what this Inclusion is? The inclusion has a slight yellow undertone. It's on the left side side of the top photo and the zoomed in on the bottom.

Can't really tell much, the photo is a little blurry and the inclusions aren't focused.

The photos are blurry but the inclusion looks similar to an apatite crystal.

Here are 2 more shots.
Because, at only a certain angle, you can see the small inclusion, does that effect the value of the stone? Please don't mind the hair...I have a St. BERNARD!

This inclusion looks like a bubble to me.
Perhaps the stone is synthetic, or glass.
Have you sent it to a lab for testing?

It's definitely not glass. The RI is spot on at 1.72. No reaction under LW. No flashes of red under pen light.The inclusion has a slight beige tint and certain angles of the ring causes bright reflections.
