Thoughts on this sapphire???

Hi all, so I decided instead of changing my center stone to sapphire I would use another setting I have and change the two sides. I saw these stones and fell in love with the color,,this was exactly what I was looking for color wise. Can someone shed some light on why the price is low or is this actually considered low b/c they are both under 1 carat each and show inclusions. Also Can a synthetic stone show inclusions such as the ones shown?
