Stag Pendant w/ Bone/Amber/Ivory?

I found this pendant at my grandmother's house. It depicts a stag with red eyes and what I believe to be a clock above it, and also features what I think could be bone/ivory or white amber. Other than that I have no information on it. Its about the length of a quarter. It is not signed.
Any information on approximately when it was made, where, or what it is made up would be greatly appreciated.

That is called elk ivory. It is the eye tooth of an elk.
The setting is depicting the elk, not a stag.
I cant tell you the age of the necklace. Nice find, though!
