French Antique 18K Locket

Hello PS peeps,

This locket caught my eye at Lang, and I wonder if you all have opinions on it. It's about triple what I wanted to pay but I have never seen another one like this, and somehow it seems 'just right' in size. The roses are astounding, too. Should I buy it? If so, should I click "buy" or rather try to make an offer? Anyone have experience with Lang?
