Show me cushions with half-moon sidestones?

I'm looking for setting inspiration for a new project. It will be an antique cushion with hopefully half-moon sidestones. I've found some decent "glamour shots" from various sources but I would like some handshots and/or profile shots. Anyone have a ring like this or have some inspiration saved? Thanks!
