so everything went amazing.... took her to a wonderful sunday brunch at the Vinoy in St Pete, Fl. A real fancy hotel. Then after eating almost everything they had... lol... we headed off to the beach. I took her to a nice secluded romantic spot that we usually go to and gave it to her then. It was an awesome feeling and i'm really happy that she loved the ring so much. I gave it to her in this shell



I handed the shell to her and when she turned it over she saw it and just about died...

so yes... what a day... what.. a.. day..

I just want to thank each and every one of you for all of your help that you all gave me over the last year. I came into pricescope not knowing a single thing about diamonds and now I feel like I am a junior gemologist!!!! ha...

when I get a nice camera I will take some proper shots of it on her hand.

oh..... ha.... one last thing....

I came home and tried to explain everything about the diamond... crown and pavilion angles etc. and it was way over her head. Lol.. she was looking at me like I was crazy... ha... cant blame her...

most important is she said... ITS SO SPARKLY AND WHITE ...

and truly that was good enough for me....

thanks for all the well wishes!!! for those who might not remember.... its a .563 ACA from Whiteflash... H VS2 and her ring finger is a 6..

it feels surreal. I've had it for about the last 2 months. It was hidden under the bed just waiting for yesterday. in those 2 months I would pull it out almost every day and look at it and enjoy it while I was home and she wasn't.

now I have empty feeling as I'm home and she's at work and I cant look at it anymore... lol... totally kidding here of course...
