Hi! everyone.
I need your advice about thin tennis necklace.
is there anyone own very thin tennis necklace?
if so, would you please show me pic?

I am thinking to order necklace for casual use.
17inch, 1point(1,3mm) X230 or more pices, russian diamond melee F/VS up
2.3ctw. the setting width is 1,7mm. but kind of wonder if it's too small or not.

or more bigger melee size. like matching this 1ct tennis bracerette.
I want to make something I can wear as daily. thank you very much for reading :twirl:

When you say Tennis necklace I'm assuming you mean Riviera necklace?

I personally feel a Riviera necklace at their carat weight wouldn't look right. Plus regardless of ctw I'm not sure a Riviera is practically for every day wear. If you are looking for everyday wear I would get a DBTY necklace. They range from .50ctw to much larger. They are simple but very classic. I love how I can wear my necklace with jeans but also a cocktail dress.

Wow, you have to definately do your own SMTB thread with your DBTY necklaces. I am dying to see them in such high carat weights
And your WF image of thin tennis bracelets is very beatiful, i think it would look great as a necklace as well!

Ok pictures really help! I do like the look but still not sure about everyday wear. I would think the necklace would flip around alot. I wonder how it would sit against the skin?

I definitely do not see that as an everyday necklace unless you work in a bridal salon or upscale women's clothing store or something. I think a diamonds by the yard is MUCH more wearable with casual to dressy attire.

I agree- I think it would be difficult to get it to lay correctly around the neck.

thanks for your reply ;-)
I am not sure how it would sit against the skin.
but 2 of my freind alredy made the necklace and
they sit on the skin ,no flip. acording the jeweler they would Adjustment st Clavicle of the neck.
( also I saw almost same setting at Jewelry show however the diamond was not good.
it was sparke but NO shows much fire.
also the prongs was too long & width was 1mm bigger and height is 1mm more. but it didn't flip when I did try it )
I am falling love with it when I saw my freind wearing it.it's really thin like 1.6mm or 1,7mm width
and the prongs are so tiny cuz a master maister dose set the stone.
also sparkle like crazy cuz H& C cut but very thin. so it's looks like just sparkling chain
if you look it from far away.

Hi! diamondseeker
Ummm do you think it's too much?
>unless you work in a bridal salon
ahaha!!! I need to go get job at bridal salon !!
my diamonds by the yard which 3ctw ( 40cm) one is bit too much
so I don't wear it at all.
( but 3ctw 90cm is ok for daily )
