Solitaire ring as non-engagement ring?

Hi everyone,

I live in a country where it is not common to have an engagement ring. Normally, people just wear plain gold rings as wedding bands.
Therefore, solitaires and eternity bands are not necessarily associated with engagement and marriage.

Would you wear a plain solitaire (around 0.8 ct) with an eternity band as a normal stack without any meaning behind it? Or do you think that this is rather boring and would choose a different diamond ring?

Whatever makes you happy...! But some people will certainly believed you're engaged/married by the look of your stack, you should be ready for some unexpected questions/reactions.
