Hello all. Was hoping somebody from New York or who has been there might advise on a proposal spot. My girlfriend & I are going there next weekend and meeting a couple from Hartford. My thoughts are proposing on either the Empire State Bldg., or while iceskating, then a romantic carriage ride with just us 2 afterwards. Does anyone have any feedback or other ideas? Thanks.
