Well. It's official.
When S was born, FI recorded all of her newborn procedures. We had about 40 minutes worth of videos of her very first movements and cries.
On her birthday, I wanted to view them but we couldn't find them on our backup external drive. FI said he would go through every memory card we have and our second external drive. Today he said he can't find them anywhere.
I am so sad over this. The moments after her birth were such a blur mainly because of the epidural. I loved watching those videos and was looking forward to showing them to her when she gets older
Anyway, I think on top of backing everything up, try to set some sort of password or lock on the most important videos so they don't get accidentally deleted We have so much data files that we went through an exercise of sorting and I believe that in that process, it was deleted
