Which Kaiser do you go to? I''m still getting the runaround at Kaiser Sunset (another appointment canceled - can''t see me until August - when I''ve been eligible since my Rubella test in April). Do you think your doctor could see me?

I can't believe that it's half a year and you still have yet to see the specialist.

Anyway, I am w/ the south bay branch down in harbor city.
By Sunset, do you mean Sunset Blvd?
I can message my dr and see what his suggestion is.

HUGE Ditto on that! It''s so beyond unprofessional and just plain old horrible customer service. You would think they would be sensitive to this whole TTC process, but it appears their attitude is "well, you''ve been waiting a year so what''s another month?" That is so wrong!!!

I would honestly call the office and ask to speak to the office manager (only) and tell her how horribly that the staff has handled your situation and acknowledge that while a doctor leaving the practice happens, they have made zero effort to try to accomodate you. If she defends her situation or their treatment of you, I would let her know that not only will they be losing your business (as I imagine you will go to Lili''s office) that you will be sure to let you friends and others on certain mom blogs know that this is NOT the place they should be going to seek treatment.

Just my 2 cents...

Either way, I hope you can get some sort of resolution, whether it''s at Lili''s office or at that one. Good luck.

I have absolutely spoken to everyone in that office - and they just do not care. I''ve also showed up more than twice. I would imagine that every patient scheduled with that particular doctor (who isn''t returning) is going through the very same thing I am.

From what I know, there is usually just one specialist assigned to a branch.
So their time can be hard to get, but it is inexcusable that they've cancelled you twice and drag out the initial appt to 3 months.

Anyway, as I've mentioned earlier, I use the South Bay branch (Harbor City).
My dr just messaged me back and said that you he call him (ie set up an appt).
Unfortunately, you'll have to go through the 1-800 number.
I don't know how far it is away from you, but here the infertility number if you are interested 1800.257.5373.
Just call and tell them that you want to set up an appt for the follow-up to the CD3 test and they'll get back to you.
They'll usually repond in a day or two.

Sorry it took me a while to get the number.
I cleaned up my desk area yesterday and somehow misplaced the number.
