Hey ladies! As I''ve mentioned approximately 89,000 times here on the LIW board, my BF has told me he wants to have a talk about our future once he is finished with school. And I think that''s silly of him, but I know he wanted to be finished with school before we were engaged or anything, so I can respect that. Well anyway, he has taken his last exam and just has a couple things to show up for on Thursday, so technically he''s done. He finally is finished with his degree! Eep!
We''ve talked about everything enough that we both are completely clear that we want to marry one another. We haven''t talked specifically about when, which is what I figure this talk will mostly be about. I''m really hoping we''ll get married in summer or fall of 2010, which is realistic with what we have talked (vaguely) about in the past.
We don''t have any kind of set time or day for when we''ll have this talk, but I asked him a few days back whether it will be pretty soon after he''s finished with classes, and he said yes it will be, that he won''t make me wait around for weeks or anything.
So can I have some dust please?
I''m hoping the talk is something along the lines of, "I think we should start looking at rings really soon" (which is a lot more likely) and not anything like, "I think we should wait a couple years." Hope that''s not just wishful thinking on my part! And in return for any dust, I promise I''ll update you all when we do talk.
