Reading aljdewey''s story about her proposal made me realized something...

I told my girlfriend''s two roommate when I was thinking of proposing and kinda told her parents too. Then I thought "Oh no, would she want to be the one surprising them?". Should I tell those few individuals I''ve spoken to not to tell her I told them before hand or it doesn''t matter?

It's happening to me too. I keep telling everyone not to say anything, while I keep blabbing the news to all my friends. Arrggghhhh....


Since the proposal will be in Chicago, I feel confident that her friends and family have no clue about this. The only ones in it are her mom and dad and my parents. Told them all to keep it on the DL. I will be telling her friends and rest of relatives one day prior though, so they show up at the house to celebrate with us.
