I must say, when I was a child, I saw a lady on a bus wearing an EC sapphire with diamond flankers, and I never forgot it! Your ring is so like the one I loved!!!

What I would do, is to perhaps start your own thread in Coloured Stones and that way you will get lots of input on what types of wedding band would look good. Perhaps title it something like Need Opinions for a Wedding band for EC Sapphire, or similar! Personally, I would go for a plain platinum or WG band to let that gorgeous ring be the star of the show!
