Do I have to keep reducing my caloric intake to maintain weight loss?

hi, check out sparkpeople. I can tell you that on Weight watchers I went down in calories at one point during my weight loss but I think it was down like 100 calories so not a huge amount. I ate in the range of 1400 calories but now that i lost all my weight I can eat about 1600 -1800 calories and be okay and just maintain. In order to lose a lb you need to expend 3500 or to gain, consume approx 3500 calories. so I would check out sparkpeople and see how many calories you need for your height, age, activity level, etc in order for you to lose weight.

Ohh thanks skippy!! I long for the days when i can eat 1600-1800 calories hehehehe
