Ok -I rallied and just did 1h on the elliptical. I have decided that I need a goal - I will try to lose 4lbs in the next 5 weeks (I am taking a holiday on June 25th). I will weigh myself in the morning tomorrow and post it to keep me accountable!

ok - I''m 106.6 today.. I want to be 102.6 or less by June 25th
