Aw thanks, Skippy. It''s actually headed here over night. I am in RI. We have a weather advisory as it has rained all day and the temps are dropping. I think Ellen is in MO and they just had one as did my parents in Texas. Same storm no less.

We got 1 round of ice Friday, and missed the other two predicted rounds.
But the ice we did get managed to do a lot of damage to tree limbs, again. Honestly, between the ice storm in Nov. and now this one, a lot of the trees around here look pitiful. We lost so many on one, we''re going to have to cut it down.
Hope you don''t get it too badly!!

Quitting smoking is incredibly difficult. When you feel like a smoke, do something cardiovascular, or brush your teeth. And whatever you do, don''t hang around with people who smoke! Tell any friends who smoke, you''ll see them in 3-6 months! Sounds harsh, but peer pressure, especially if there are drinks involved, can be deadly!

Seriously, you should be able to look forward to it getting easier now, get that first month under your belt! 6 months on, I hardly think about cigs now, if I smell them I think they smell terrible now, but I do get the odd fast craving occasionally, but it whooshes through and goes fast.

I am doing really well. I got some CoQ10 wrinkle cream from Serious Skin Care that I just love. (splurge and it was on sale) Woohoo!! When I saw you suggest the cream and it was already on its way after suggesting perfume that I had already bought, I''m thinking she''s psychic or we''re twins separated by the pond.
IrishAngel, Ellen, Kaleigh, Deb, diamondsrock, Skippy, You guys are the best. You have totally helped me be strong. Lorelei, just knowing that you''ve been there helps so much. It''s amazing how little I''m thinking of ciggies lately. Today I had two pieces of the gum, so not doing bad. I was afraid that I would just substitute one addiction for another, but it''s not working out that way.
