Lost my username and password

Hi there, I'm not sure where to post this, I can't seem to find admin forum.

I used to post here up until a year ago, I still come and browse but didn't log in. I tried to log in today and it says my password is not correct, I tried to reclaim password but I am afraid that the email is being sent to my old school email address that's not being forwarded to me

How can I reclaim my old username or should I just stick w/ this new one?
