My kid had a temper tantrum in kindergarten and threw a granola bar at his teacher from about 10 feet away. She sent him to the office to be suspended. I was fine with that and took care of his tude when we got home. But what I did not agree with and had the principal take it out of his record was that the teacher called it "assault" without describing that it was a granola bar from 10 feet away. So his school record would have read that he assaulted a teacher in kindergarten.

So how is that any different to children learning from parents on the extreme right that it's O.K to be anti semitic, it's O.K to be rude or throw things at people of different ethnic origins. No I don't believe that children have seen one or two crazy incidents from teachers somewhere and that causes them to learn to protest, children on both sides are more likely to learn bad behaviour at home.

When the simple truth is that you are at a time in history when your current president incites violence and hatred on both sides. So why is it O.K to point to one and not the other? You also keep suggesting that your society in general is out of control in some way because of all the protesting vocal liberals. Yet we know statistically while educated liberals might protest etc, the majority of the people that are in your prisons the people that commit the real crimes are the poor, uneducated and probably not these wood throwing, protesting, educated liberals that seem to bother you so much.
