I took a bite out of my tongue while eating my huge honeycrisp apple. Now my tongue swells into my molars reminding me that they are sharp!

that stinks! but, man, those honeycrisp apples are the BEST.

My male co-worker, in the next cubicle over, just "tooted".

Apparently, he likes to generate his own "white noise".

(Where is the nose-plugging smilie when ya need it?

I'm eating lunch from Chipotle for the third day in a row... and I'd never been in one until Sunday!

Dear Santa: Please bring bigger pants!

Last night I took an exhausting final and got back to my car late at night in a dark parking lot... and the car wouldn''t start. Had to wait in a freezing cold dead car by myself for an hour and a half for AAA to show up. Got home very late and it really ruined the whole night

So today I''m laying around in bed pretending I don''t have to study for my next final.

I had PJ''s (local deli) for lunch today even though the entire office is going to a fancy place later this week.

I also finally got some sleep last night. I hate not sleeping well and it was really getting to me. I feel so much more productive today (even though I''m lurking on PS!)

I want to bake holiday treats but would never eat them myself, and if I give them away I will be enabling people''s ill health.

No boots that can keep your feet warm and dry are cute.

Fact.

YES. You know those signs that tell you there is an accident ahead or whatever. They should post highway etiquette tips on those. Currently it is telling everyone to report drunk drivers to a phone number provided.

It would be so refreshing if one day it said

IF YOU ARE NOT RUNNING LATE OR YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PEE DO NOT DRIVE IN LEFT LANE

I googled around and found a site where you can sell your hair.
Top price was $2600.

I beg to differ. And they''re on QVC''s site for $60ish right now -- though only in size 5 or 6 I think.

I just don''t think those are that cute.

Cute as far as weather protecting boots go, but not really that cute otherwise.

Either way, I''ll wear whatever keeps my feet warm!

They make fleece liners that snug ''em up a bit. Sadly my calves are too beefy for a pair right now -- so I got my sister some instead.

Just want to say that (a) I think these are *groovy* and (b) I am conveniently a size 5.

I think the etiquette signs should say:
If you plan on being reckless with your own life, please do it when nobody else is on the road. Until then, put down your cell phone, stop thinking everyone else''s driving choices have everything to do with *you*, and slow down.

(This isn''t directed at *you* radiant, just drivers in general who believe that they have the right to put my life in danger because they''re in a rush or want to call a friend.)

It''s really not about running late, or even speeding. It''s about people who drive at a snail''s pace in the left lane. That''s what the right lane is for.

My brother is bringing his girlfriend home Friday to meet us. I keep referring to her by the name of his last girlfriend. Please don''t let me do that when I meet her or at any point during her visit.
