I have a pair of pants I refer to as my ''pajama'' pants. They''re dressy, but totally non-form fitting, so I wear them when I don''t want to wear ''real'' clothes or I''m flying somewhere and don''t want to mess with a dress/business suit on a plane. I''ve had them about a year and am totally paranoid they''re going to get worn out so I actually went out today to find another pair. This is sad. And pathetic. I used to dress so much cuter than this, but I''m just tired.

NY&Company City Knit. They can look dressy, but they are just oooooohhhh so comfy. I wear them when I''m not in the mood to put on stuffy, non-forgiving clothing.
So I just bought the City Knit pants online. They were on sale and I googled for a coupon code and saved another $10. Here''s to sliding yet further down the scale from what I used to wear to what I am actually willing to leave the house in now.
HAHA! I feel the pain. Where I work, I''m one of only 2 people actually who hold positions which require that you aren''t wearing scrubs or a polo/khaki combo. It is SOOO difficult to want to dress up when you''re sitting next to people in meetings who are in SCRUBS AND SNEAKERS. my city knit pants are my happy compromise.

and DANG- now i had to look online to see that they are on sale...looks like i might be placing an order myself so that MINE don''t get worn out!
If you do, don''t forget the coupon code! Just google it, it''s the one that''s good for $10 off ANY order. It works!!!!!

I know that eventually I''m going to pay for being so amused by snarky kids. But they''re just so hilarious!

Every time I see the eyeroll emoticon directed at a post or a particular poster, it reminds me of the middle finger.

I just measured a man for a tux that was 6''10''. I''m 5''4''. It was SO unbelievably awkward. I kind of had to hop to do his over arm/chest measurement and I had to ask him to bend his knees a couple of times.

Gah. My face is burning right now!!

Ooo was he cute? I like a tall man!

My FI is 6''3, but that seems short compared to 6''10!
Tall instantly adds 5 cute points. There is a guy in my office that isn''t my type, but even wearing 4'' heels (making me 6''2'') I have to look up to look him in the eye. As a result, I do a double-take almost every time he walks by.
Definitely.

You are all cracking me up re: the dreaded

To continue living my thematic life: I just found out that the one floor food DH doesn''t eat is bananas. Oddly enough, I also just remember why I normally wear shoes around the house.

It''s been a long day at the office so my boss brought us a 6 pack of beer and gave us each one.
I love working at such a laid back place!

I wish we could just call people out when they''re being this way. It''d be so much easier. I''m totally willing to take the heat when I''m the one dishing it....

Just make sure you don''t go tracking any of that banana gunk around inside the closets because next time I come over I''m checkin''!!!

"Jegging"

Sunday I saw ALICE IN CHAINS

It was great.

Until I got sick! I know I''m getting older, but it was a small venue and the music was SO LOUD I started feeling sick to my stomach. (Plus, I''m sick as it is.)

doctors are smart people who want to do things for the betterment of the good of the people.

with all this craziness about how doctors aren''t going to be able to afford to be doctors anymore, i think doctors should all become politicians. they make lots of money.

that''s all.

Oh yeah, he was cute! I think that if an average looking guy is tall, he immediately moves from "average" to "attractive." My BF is 6''4 and I dig it.

i so want to know what thread you two were both just on.

Confession: Charbie, that was actually NOT a random thought of mine (sorry random thought thread gods)...I''ve been contemplating posting something like that for awhile now. I just see the eye-roll gesture, whether IRL or online, as a very in-your-face, eff-you sort of thing. Today, instead of posting an entire thread topic about it in suggestions up top, or in Hangout, I thought I''d stick my thought about it here. I didn''t want to make a federal case of it, and this thread just allowed me to get it off my chest. Yay!
