where is the technical forum?

Sorry to post this here but this site doesn't seem to have a technical section where one can post web or site related issues?

I've messaged PS two times but haven't received a reply so I don't even know if any Moderators are going to read this.

How do I post images and videos of stones for comments by other Psers? I've tried uploading standard jpeg / png/ wmv files but each time it says file type is invalid???

Can anyone help?

Hi Sam,
We messaged you back but it bounced. I'm sorry but I am not sure why.

We are having some photo glitches and are working on fixing them as soon as we can.

Note that we don't allow photos that are hosted elsewhere or video photos, so those will never attach or appear.

That's weird - I'm getting emails as normal?

I want to attach an ASET picture for comments
Also I want to attach a video file but are you saying that no video files are allowed whatsoever?

Correct, it's in our policies. You can try reformatting the photo to make it smaller. Sometimes that is the issue as well.
