So not to be annoying. I have done lots of reading on beryl care but I can't find anything specific on yellow beryl. Some sites say you cannot use ultrasonic cleaners on beryl stones that do not have inclusions and or treatments, some say it is okay. I want to make sure I clean it properly and it is dirty all of the time! Help!

I use a soft toothbrush and ammonia based dish soap to clean my jewelry, and that includes my non-emerald beryl. I love Ajax triple action dish soap. Don't use ammonia based dish soap on porous or fracture filled gems like opal, pearl, ruby or emerald, or super soft gems like tanzanite. I don't care for ultrasonic cleaners because I really don't think they do that great or better of a job than my toothbrush method, and they can damage stones or loosen them from their settings.

It can cause internal fractures, or feather like inclusions to grow. I would avoid them even if your stone is eye clean.
