I voted for the second one because I'm thinking that the two asymmetrical elements (tulle flower and bodice) so might be a bit much. And I'm kinda conservative in that way.

But if I were you? I'd go to a fabric store, buy some netting or tulle, and just play around with it and see which style I like best. You can always have an etsy vendor make the real thing, but a yard or two of tulle and a package of bobby pins will let you experiment for practically nothing.

I voted for #2 as well because I think the length works better...first one is too short to me.
