DIY - Shower Invitations and Shower Thank You Cards

Thought you might like to see these! First up, my bridesmaid made my shower invitations. Here''s the cute purple envelopes.

Shower invite (purple is my color!). I'm having a tea party! Oh they forgot to print the time on there so my other BM added a scalloped piece with the time, haha!

The shower thank you cards I made (why didn't I make wedding thank yous darnit!). My bow is a bit askew in this photo. I heat embossed the word Thank You on vellum so it's nice and shiny and raised looking. This is a foldover card so I can write on the inside. I used japanese paper for pretty red pattern.

I had extra paper so I decided to make matching envelopes.

wow, those are gorgeous! i''d buy stuff from you guys! man, i wish i was craftier...i tried making wedding programs last night, and let''s just say i wish someone had told me beforehand that grosgrain ribbon does NOT a pretty bow make!
