Your best guess at this inclusion

I''m in the process of getting confirmation regarding the colour of the inclusions in this stone. But based on your best guess...do you think that speck in the centre is a black inclusion?

You need to have a good pair of eyes look and tell you. I''ve seen stones that looked like a bomb went off that were eye clean, and pics that showed NOTHING that weren''t. We just can''t tell by pics.

My "guess" is dark....

Do you ''guess'' dark, as in, ''a big ugly black inclusion that I will see everyday and hate'' type dark?

or more of a

''only at a certain angle and under a certain light, buried under a facet'' type dark.

well, quite frankly, only 3 hours...but I only have this rock on reserve for another couple hours...So my decision is largely based on this ''inclusion'' factor.

In my opinion, it''s probably not going to bother you. It''s small and magnified X40 here. If WF says it''s eye clean I''d purchase it. Another thing is that WF has a return policy. You can sit and stare at that stone for hours and in different lighting situation and see whether it bothers you. If it does, send it back and buy another. You''d only be out a little bit for shipping.

My guess would be that it is going to be pretty hard to see. If they don''t get back to you soon, I would go ahead and purchase it...see what it looks like...return it if it is not what you are looking for.

I would not buy it until WF tells you if it is eye clean or not. Why bother going ahead without confirmation on that? It will save you time and money to find out first.

just got an email that she still cannot confirm ''eye clean'' yet...but that the stone will still be on reserve for me.

I''m totally "nervous eating" right now...gummy coke bottles and chocolate covered macadamia nuts. yikes.

Second to being eye-clean; if its fiery - I''m sold.

I guess it varies. I''ve had them done in less than an hour before...But, if they are short of help or really busy...Not sure why it''s taking so long. Hang in there!
